When setting up monitors you may experience failures or incomplete data due to some form of bot detection on your site. Particularly within user journeys this can be a common issue as it is interacting with different areas of your site.
Whitelisting RapidSpike IP Addresses is the most common way to allow our monitors through to your site if you are experiencing failures. In your RapidSpike account, navigate to the ‘Global Settings’ tab, under ‘System Info’ and select ‘IP Addresses’ (alternatively here is a link). This will provide you with an up to date list of all IP addresses used in the RapidSpike cloud infrastructure. You can use these details to add firewall exceptions.
