Website – IPM

A critical look at single pages – IPM’s give you an instant view of the performance impacting your key pages.

Here’s everything you can do on this page!

1) Add a new IPM

Focused on single pages, IPM’s give you the same feedback as User Journeys but without the set up! To get started simply hit “+ ADD IPM” in the top right hand corner. You’ll then have the option to name your IPM, pick the page target, choose your run region and check interval as well as choose the website to tie the IPM to. Once you’ve filled out those details and hit “ADD MONITOR” everything will be good to go.

2) View running or paused IPM’s

Outlined in the middle of the page will be all the User Journeys associated with the website in question. The green “PASSING” status indicate your IPM last ran with no fatal errors, The pink “ERROR” status indicates a fatal flaw was found during the last run and finally the grey “PAUSED” monitor lets you know that an IPM isn’t currently running. To view more details simply quick anywhere on the box (of the IPM you’d like to view) and you’ll be taken to that IPM’s overview stats.

3) View and edit IPM settings

To go directly to performance settings (IPMs, RUM, UJ’s) simply hit the settings cog in the top right. From there you’ll also have the option to tweak options surrounding Security, Availability, Assurance and SEO. As well as the previous settings you’ll see the option to configure some general settings and delete the website if you wish to do so. If deleting the website you’ll need to confirm that you understand that pressing delete will also remove all records and history for the site in question.
