Meet the Team: Paula, Head of Customer
I joined RapidSpike in December 2020 following their partnership with Praeture Ventures who invested £1 million to help propel Rapidspike into becoming a global brand. With several awards already under their belt, including recently named Mills & Reeve Top Tech: Yorkshire and a Northern Digital 2021 Awards Finalists, it was an opportunity I knew I had to grab with both hands!
Throughout my career, what has always resonated with me the most, is the importance and value of building and maintaining relationships with my team and clients. I am incredibly excited to be joining RapidSpike who put people at the forefront of their decisions and who share the same values; teamwork, energy, and creativity.
With over 10 years of experience working within the Technology industry, and having worked for several tech SaaS start-ups in Leeds, I join RapidSpike bringing together my passion for innovative technology and experience in sales, business development, customer support, and marketing.
Growing a business during a pandemic is certainly no easy feat for any organisation. That being said, despite these challenges, RapidSpike has embraced the change and welcomed several new joiners to the business and onboarded new clients, including our most recent win, a UK based organisation and one of the largest retailers in the world. I am beyond excited to have seen the new year in, knowing that I am now part of the RapidSpike journey and I cannot wait to get started in 2021 and make this year a huge success!
