The Knowledge Base has had an upgrade, introducing our new Support Center! The Support Center is packed with tonnes of useful information to help you make the most of the RapidSpike platform.
The Knowledge Base has been carefully curated by our Customer Success Team with RapidSpike users in mind. Previous articles have been updated to support the latest version of the app and new content includes user-requested articles with our most common queries.
The Support Center makes finding solutions easier than ever before. Content can be searched for and is broken down by feature/category. You can view the most popular sections on the Support Center Home screen.
In the Resources section, users can find a host of really useful content in other forms. Download industry and feature-specific white papers and infographics for a deep dive into data-driven research.
